Virtual Pilates

Live Online Pilates Classes and Private Sessions

The same instructors who teach at 41 Union Square West, on your mat instead of ours. Fifty-minute group classes, and 55-minute private sessions one-to-one or two-on-one.

The class

A mat class, not a stripped-down reformer class.

What it is

Enhanced Pilates, our live online class, is a mat class built from the ground up — not a reformer class with the apparatus taken away. Low-impact, full-body, 50 minutes, the same length as the in-person class.

What you need

A light-to-medium theraband, 1–3 lb weights, a 9-inch Pilates ball and a yoga block. Don't have them? Genuinely fine — a wall, a chair and a towel cover more than people expect. Tell your instructor what you have at the start.

Why live, not recorded

A live instructor watches your ribs, neck and pelvis and corrects you in real time. That's the whole reason to book a person instead of pressing play on a video.

Format

55 minutes, matching the studio. Book one-to-one, or two-on-one with a partner, friend or family member sharing the session and the cost.

Any instructor

Virtual private credits work with any of our instructors — you're not tied to one teacher's calendar.

Who it suits

Clients who've moved away but want to keep their instructor, people travelling for work, and anyone whose week doesn't reliably fit a round trip to Union Square. Also a good way to stay consistent between studio sessions.

What it can't do

Apparatus work — reformer, wall tower, chair, barrel — only happens in person. See in-person classes or private sessions.

Online privates

Book a 1:1 or 2-on-1 online.

One-to-one and two-on-one online sessions share a calendar. Both run 55 minutes.

Pricing

Virtual rates.

Don't know yet when you'll be free? Buy the credits now and decide later — every pack is paid up front and spent whenever you book, with no expiry pressure inside its window. Prices are shown before tax, with the tax-inclusive total underneath. Tap a card to see times and book it.

Online classes — 50 minutes

Single class credits are valid for 1 month, 6-packs for 42 days and 12-packs for 92 days. Credits book any of our live online classes.

Online private sessions — 55 minutes, one-to-one

Single credits are valid for 14 days, 6-packs for 42 days and 12-packs for 92 days, and can be used with any of our instructors. The 12-pack is listed at its charged total of $1,500.00; the per-session figure Acuity shows alongside it does not reconcile to that total, so we publish the total rather than a derived rate — email us and we will confirm the per-session price before you buy.

Online 2-on-1 sessions — 55 minutes

Prices are for the session, not per person — two people share one instructor and one booking. Single credits are valid for 14 days, 6-packs for 42 days and 12-packs for 92 days.

Virtual Pilates questions

Do I need Pilates equipment at home?

No. The virtual class is a mat class. The props we work with are a light-to-medium theraband, 1–3 lb weights, a 9-inch Pilates ball and a yoga block — but if you don't have them, say so at the start and your instructor will modify with whatever you do have. Nobody is expected to buy a reformer.

How long is a virtual session?

Classes run 50 minutes. One-to-one and two-on-one private sessions run 55 minutes, the same as in the studio.

Can I use a virtual package with any instructor?

Yes. Virtual class credits book any of our live online classes, and virtual private credits book a session with any of our instructors — you are not locked to one teacher.

How long do virtual credits last?

Each pack has its own window, and it starts at purchase rather than at first use. Single class credits are valid for 1 month and single private credits for 14 days; 6-packs are valid for 42 days and 12-packs for 92 days. The window is shown on each listing at checkout.

Is the two-on-one price per person or for the pair?

It is the price for the session, not per person. Two people share one instructor and one booking, so you split the cost between you however you like.

Can I mix virtual and in-person credits?

No — they are separate products in our booking system. Virtual credits book virtual sessions and in-person credits book studio sessions. If you want both, buy both, or email us and we will help you work out the split.

Also at Enhancewell

Prefer to be in the room?

Virtual is one way in. The apparatus floor at 41 Union Square West is the other.
